Helping you build the messaging, the online presence, and the conviction to match the depth of your work. Built with you in real conversation, not handed over as another framework to work through on your own.
You have probably been trying to figure this out on your own for a while now, working through courses or programs that gave you useful frameworks but no real traction, or reading and iterating and second-guessing your way through it with nobody to actually test the thinking against.
The frustrating part is that you know the depth of your work, and the people who have worked with you know how good it is, and you have the vision for where you want to take it, but when you sit down to actually build the business around it or put it into words, it keeps slipping away from you.
It is not because you are not capable or not trying hard enough. It is because this kind of work needs to be thought through out loud, with somebody who can sit in the mess of it with you, pull ideas apart, offer perspectives you cannot reach on your own, and push back where the thinking does not quite hold.
That is the piece that has been missing.

The people whose work has the most depth are often the ones who struggle the most to build around it. Not because they lack skill or information, but because real conviction does not come from a worksheet or a course done alone. It comes from working through it with someone in real conversation until you arrive at something you genuinely believe in.
The work here is built across conversations, not between them. The thinking happens with you in the room, not handed over as something to go and implement on your own time. The positioning, the direction, the shape of your messaging, all of that gets discovered across the back and forth, because the version that actually holds is almost never the first one. That back and forth is not the delivery mechanism for the real work, it is the real work, and it is the reason the thinking you walk away with tends to feel like your own rather than something inherited.
You can write down answers that are technically correct to every prompt you have ever been given and still find that none of them feel true. It is not a clarity problem, because the answers are already clear. What is missing is the feeling that they are yours, not what you think you should be saying, not what sounded good when you were trying to sound professional, but what you actually believe when nobody is watching. Conviction is what you have when those two things finally line up.
The strategic work and the personal work are not separate. Imposter syndrome, the fear of being seen, the identity shifts that come with putting yourself out there under your own name, all of it is part of the work and it gets addressed alongside the positioning and the messaging rather than somewhere off to the side. The thing standing between knowing what to do and actually doing it is almost always sitting on the personal side rather than the strategic one, which is why the two have to be worked on in the same room, at the same time.
There are two main offers at the moment.
The shape of each one is decided by what you actually need, not a set structure.
This is for the people who have decided they are done trying to figure business out by themselves. We work together in real conversation across whatever needs attention at the time, whether that is positioning, messaging, your offers, content, or the inner stuff underneath that keeps you stuck. There is no fixed curriculum and nothing templated, because the shape of the work is decided by what is actually in front of you. Regular calls, direct access between them, and somebody in your corner as the work keeps developing.
This is for the people who are ready for an online presence that genuinely matches the level of the work they actually do. The website does not get built from a brief filled out on your own, it gets built out of the same conversations that shape the positioning, the messaging, and the direction of the business, because those are the things a website is meant to be carrying in the first place. What you walk away with is not a design deliverable handed off at the end, it is an online home for the business you are building, not the one you already have.
It starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We get on a call and I ask the kinds of questions most people skip over, the ones that go beyond what you do and into why it matters, what is getting in the way, and what you actually want to build. By the end of that first conversation, we will both know whether this is the right fit. If it is, you fill out an in-depth questionnaire that goes deeper into your work, your clients, and your goals so we can hit the ground running.
From there, we dig into the work. Your positioning, your messaging, your offers, your content direction, whatever needs attention first. This is not me handing you a plan and wishing you luck. We work through it together in real time, testing ideas, challenging assumptions, and refining until we land on something that feels genuinely true to you and your work.
Once the foundation is in place, things start to shift in ways you can feel. You stop dreading the question 'so what do you do?' because you actually have an answer that feels true. Enquiries start coming from people who are a better fit because the messaging is doing its job. Content takes half the time it used to because you are not starting from scratch every time you sit down to write something. The business starts to feel like yours in a way it did not before, and the people around you start to notice it too.
Most of the people I work with decide to keep going past the initial engagement, because the business keeps developing and so does the thinking required to build it. Another positioning shift, a website build, a pivot in direction, or just needing somebody to think something through with who already knows the shape of your work. The support is there when you need it rather than stopping at a fixed endpoint.

If you're considering working together, these are the questions that come up most often.
What does the Collaborative Mentorship actually involve?
The Collaborative Mentorship is built around what you actually need, not a set curriculum or fixed structure. We have regular calls where we work through whatever matters most at that point, whether that is your positioning, your messaging, your offers, your content, or the inner stuff that is getting in the way. You also have direct access to me between calls, so you are not waiting a week to get unstuck. Think of it less like coaching and more like having somebody in your corner who actually understands your work and can help you think clearly about where you are going.
How is this different from a course or a coaching program?
Courses and programs often give you good information and useful frameworks, but they rarely give you the space or the support to actually put any of it into practice. What is missing from most of them is the chance to work through it with somebody until the direction feels real, not just logical. Most of the people I work with have already done the courses and bought the programs. They understand the strategy in theory, it just did not stick, because they arrived at their answers on their own. What we do is the opposite of that. We build it together, in real conversation, until there is conviction behind it.
I've invested in coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
I hear this a lot, and I take it seriously because honestly I would be asking the same thing after spending more than $30k on courses that didn't give me what I needed. Most coaching programs follow a fixed structure: here's the framework, here's the worksheet, go implement. That works for some people, but not for everyone. If your work has real depth and complexity, a generic framework is never going to capture what makes you different. The reason my approach works so well where other things haven't is that it's not prescriptive. We start from where you actually are, not where a syllabus says you should be, and we work through it together until the answers are yours, not someone else's template with your name on it.
How long do people typically work with you?
The Collaborative Mentorship has a minimum six week commitment to ensure we have time to actually work through and implement what we are working on. We work out our initial agreement on our discovery call to ensure you are getting what you need without rushing through it. How long do people usually stay though? Well, that's different for everyone. A lot of my longer term clients have moved onto on-going mentorship because they understand just how impactful my work is and how beneficial it is having me around. The way I think about it is simple. The better your business does, the longer you are going to want to keep the work going, and that is the right reason to stay rather than a contractual one.
What does the website design process look like?
We work out all the finer details in the discovery call and the onboarding call, but it always starts with gaining a deep understanding of you and your business. We work out all the positioning and messaging work together in our sessions. The strategy, the copy, and the design are all handled by one person, which means nothing gets lost in translation or missed. The platform is chosen based on what's right for your business, and every site is designed for the business you're building, not just the one that exists right now. The process is collaborative throughout, you're involved at every stage, not just handed a finished product at the end.
